Job Description - Elevator Sales Executive
KEY FUNCTIONS:Developing a prospective client/project through cold calling, networking, social media, and walk-in sales.Preparing a quotation by verifying the client’s requirements through a meeting, providing documents,s and survey of a site.Negotiating/closing a contract Coordinating/managing an order of Elevator/Escalator to the factories and sharing necessary information with related departments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer’s needs, making potential clients listsPlanning own sales activity to achieve a target givenSeeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, walk-in sales, and any method.Going on a business trip as needed.Setting up an appointment/meeting with potential clientsPreparing and delivering appropriate presentations on product or serviceParticipating on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.Preparing a quotation by verifying the client’s requirements through a meeting, providing documents and survey of a siteTaking a product quotation from factories based on the client’s requirements Preparing proposal price considering product price from factories and local cost.Negotiating/closing a contractChecking/preparing contract documentCoordinating/Managing an order of Elevator\Escalator to factoriesCoordinating an authorized shop drawing with a client (for order)Monitoring a payment from a client and collecting a payment cooperating with the accounting teamCoordinating to issue a performance bond (if any)Sharing information with related departments in order to achieve a project smoothly.Reporting a plan/action/result/problem exactly on your all duties to a superior/companyCONFIDENTIALITYConfidentially of Information and Transaction Agreement.Sales commission: 5,000 per unit soldGraduate of Bachelor of Business Courses(other bachelor courses can be acceptable)Basic knowledge of MS Excel Skills and knowledge in other MS Applications such as MS Word and PowerPointBasic verbal and written communication abilities across levels of an organizationAble to negotiate, establish, and process contractsAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficientlyAccurate and precise attention to detailsAble to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentGood health and Stress resistantWith related sales experience for Otis, Schindler, Kone, Hyundai, or others such as Mitsubishi is an advantage
