Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for both incoming and existing residents
• Ensure accuracy of payer information across individual cases and entire facilities
• Compile and maintain comprehensive coverage packets to support timely and accurate billing
• Coordinate with insurance providers, internal teams, and residents or their families to confirm coverage details
• Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Support the admissions and billing teams by providing updated and verified insurance information
• Monitor and update payer-related data to prevent billing delays or discrepancies
• Contribute to a smooth onboarding process for new residents through accurate benefit verification

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in processing information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in handling eligibility and benefits verification or HMO billing processes
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficient in using computer systems and databases for insurance verification
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is an advantage
