Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Email Campaign Specialist to join our remote team. The Email Campaign Specialist will be responsible for executing targeted email communications to engage nonprofit prospects and active partners. You will play a hands-on role in delivering targeted, engaging nonprofit communications that drive lead-to-conversion. This role is ideal for someone passionate about lifecycle email, strong in CRM execution, eager to develop client-facing skills, and motivated by strengthening global social impact ecosystems. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.
Please note: This remote role is a contract position (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) that is based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will work standard local hours with a required overlap from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST, Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, the candidate will work their full local business hours. We offer some flexibility regarding the specific schedule.

Responsibilities:
Build and deploy supply-side email campaigns across the nonprofit lifecycle based on strategy set by the Assistant Director
Write compelling, mission-aligned email copy that resonates with nonprofit partners globally
Implement automated workflows to efficiently move nonprofits from lead to active partner
Maintain consistent email communication with prospects to support conversion through early engagement stages
Identify, address, and help overcome objections or barriers to nonprofit participation
Proactively pass qualified and “warm” leads to the Assistant Director
Collaborate with the Lead Generation Specialist and Assistant Director to provide feedback on lead quality and readiness
Execute audience segmentation by region, language, cause area, pipeline stage, and engagement level
Build, update, and optimize automated email workflows for each campaign
Perform daily list management and CRM hygiene to ensure data accuracy
Track and report key email performance metrics such as open rates and activation rates
Set up and run A/B tests on copy and segmentation to support performance optimization
Manage day-to-day workflows within CRM and marketing automation tools
Own CRM data accuracy for leads within assigned funnel stages
Support tagging standards and data entry consistency across supply-side systems
Leverage AI tools to develop and optimize email workflows
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or demand/supply-side growth roles.
Strong attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills.
Strong analytical mindset; able to improve performance using data.
Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Genuine passion for nonprofits, social impact, and global development.
Please note: This remote role is a contract position (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) that is based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will work from 4 am Eastern time to 12 pm Eastern time. There is some flexibility with the schedule.
