Email Marketing Specialist

We're now looking for a driven and goal-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding STAFFVIRTUAL's partnerships pipeline by designing and running cutting-edge outreach campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full cycle of targeted email outreach campaigns: list-building, personalization, sequencing, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Research, identify, and segment high-value prospects (MSPs, outsourcing clients, and other industries we target).
• Use AI-powered tools like Lemlist, Woodpecker, Instantly, SmartLead, Apollo, or Overloop to design and execute campaigns.
• Manage domain and mailbox health: warm-ups, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, account rotation, deliverability monitoring.
• Build and maintain clean, verified prospect lists (no junk, no purchased lists).
• Collaborate with leadership to develop personalized messaging and scripts that match the voice of executives.
• Track, measure, and optimize campaigns based on open rates, response rates, and conversions.
• Experiment with multichannel outreach including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and podcast booking for executives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold email outreach, B2B lead generation, or outbound marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of AI-driven email platforms (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, SmartLead, Woodpecker, Apollo, Overloop).
• Familiar with email deliverability best practices (warm-up, authentication, compliance, domain rotation).
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Self-starter, resourceful, and relentless in pursuit of results.
