Job Description:
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies. This role involves handling workplace investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies..

Moreover, employee relations specialists will need to have extensive knowledge of employment law and adhere to company and industry regulations at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns, addressing grievances and workplace disputes professionally.
• Conducts investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and workplace misconduct.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
• Assist in handling disciplinary actions, terminations, and performance improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and ensure proper documentation.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or a related HR role.
• Experience working with labor unions and regulatory bodies (DOLE/NLRC preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can work on a Night Shift.
