Employee Relations Supervisor (Dumaguete)

• Stay ahead of employment laws, policies, and people & workplace trends
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Employee Relations, or related field
  
• 3–5 years hands -on experience in employee/labor relations
  
• Strong know -how in contracts, policies, and workplace practices
  
• Keep HR practices fresh, compliant, and aligned with current trends
