Job Description - Employer Branding Senior Analyst

Following APAC employer branding strategy and guidelines and in align with local country cultures, develop and execute a robust employer branding in both the Philippines and ANZ. Strategic Planning & Deployment: Implement APAC employer branding strategy in the Philippines and ANZ. Promote internal referral program and Internal Talent Connect in the Philippines and ANZ. Take charge of campus branding in the Philippines and ANZ. Bachelor's degree and above. Major in marketing, communication or social media is a plus. 3 years of working experience in multinational companies in related field. Good wording, drafting and editing skill: Articulate clear messages; generate compelling contents; create and edit copy; generate images; develop effective presentations; video shooting and editing. Good at using Office suite. Experiene of using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, etc. is a plus. Passionate to take initiatives and go beyond.
