In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Execute routine human-in-the-loop activities that support Level 1 (L1) automation processes, ensuring outputs meet established quality, accuracy, and validation standards.


• Review and verify automated outputs using defined procedures and quality checks, escalating discrepancies or questions as needed.


• Assist in the identification and resolution of process exceptions generated by AI-enabled or automated workflows using established guidelines and workflows.


• Escalate non-routine, ambiguous, or complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.


• Document exception details, observations, and relevant information to support process transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.


• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to support issue resolution and process effectiveness.


• Partner with cross-functional teams to exchange information and maintain alignment on process execution and operational priorities.


• Support the stabilization of newly deployed automation solutions through output validation, monitoring, and documentation activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, a technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.


• Ability to follow documented procedures, analyze information, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.


• Proficiency in documenting activities, observations, and process exceptions in a clear and structured manner.


• Comfort working with technology-enabled processes, digital tools, and automated workflows.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience supporting automation-enabled business processes, shared services operations, or technical support environments.


• Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA), AI-assisted workflows, or other automation technologies.


• Exposure to process improvement, quality assurance, exception management, or operational support activities.


• Knowledge of customer operations, quote-to-order processes, or related business functions.


• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.


• Familiarity with reporting, documentation, and data analysis tools.
