Your role

• Evaluate the root cause of wafer-level yield loss.
• Perform bitmap & electrical analysis to determine the root cause of an issue
• Provide the required information for PFA and send wafers to the Failure Analysis Laboratory when necessary.
• Review test program releases.
• Review yield trends to identify Low yield lots and feedback on the issues to Fab, Product owners, or probe productions for improvement and fixes.
• Identify and work with probe engineering on tester, probe, and Hardware issues thru data analysis.
• Disposition lots on hold. Create e-Sign’s, MRB and e-NCRB’s for lot dispositions.
• Train and assist Trainees, Technicians, and new Engineers.
• Do the calculations for the Yield, SBL, scrap, and RMA limit setting on the system.
• Support and own devices and be responsible for its yield improvement projects and conduct experiments

About you

• BS Degree (EE/ECE/CoE) or related course
• 0 to 2 years experience in Semiconductor Industry.
• Problem-solving skills – analyze data using statistical data analysis tools, understand risk, and make decisions.
• Experience in Yield Analysis
• With hands-on experience in using ATE such as Nextest/Maverick testers ( Magnum-HD/PT/GT/VT), Credence testers (DiamondX, D10, LTX fusion), Spea, Advantest V93K, etc..
• Knowledge of Analog and Digital testing
• Knowledge in programming C++, Unix, Perl, etc...
