Responsibilities:

1. Determine/Design Fibre path in LSD
2. Create Engineering Works Order (EWO)
3. Free in LSD cases for Termination
4. Update Case Notes
5. Place and Monitor of PIPE/TransACT Dark Fibre Order
6. Site Modelling in LSD
7. Process allocated physical builds in Salesforce
8. Process allocated projects from PIPE Portal
9. Update project milestones
10. Assist Product Owners/Account Managers with inquiries regarding allocated projects/physical build
11. Coordinate with Field Operations regarding completion of works
12. Coordinate and update customers regarding their orders

Job Requirements:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management. Must have 1-2 years OSP/ISP experience in telecommunications. Working knowledge of Fibre Optic deployment requirements. Working experience in any Database that keeps track of fibre infrastructure. Understand and able to interpret engineering installation plans. Sound understanding of telecommunications physical construction. Expertise in Excel and Visio is an advantage. Strong documentation and communication skills (Verbal and Written). Ability to work and interact with people at all levels and meet deadlines. Has strong analytical thinking.
