Engineering Technician (GCS, Philippines: Cebu)

Opportunity Overview

• Support failure analysis activities for field return products from intake through closure, including case tracking and documentation.


• Perform electrical, functional, board-level, and system-level troubleshooting to identify and isolate failures.


• Assist engineers in conducting testing, data collection, and validation activities during failure investigations.


• Document troubleshooting results, observations, and test findings in standard reports and databases.


• Support repair, rework, and verification activities in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.


• Maintain test equipment, laboratory tools, and work areas to ensure operational readiness.

All About You

• Associate degree, Technical Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.


• Basic knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and test equipment operation.


• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.


• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment to meeting project timelines.


• Able to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.


• Capable of following established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.


• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities


• Good written and verbal communication skills for documenting and reporting findings.
