Job Description - Enterprise Performance Excellence Senior Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Leads more complex analyses, documentation improvements, and smaller CI initiatives. Provides insights and supports transformation projects.

Perform advanced analytics and KPI trend studies.
Lead small-scale CI & Kaizen initiatives.
Maintain enterprise process repository quality.
Guide junior analysts in RCA and documentation.
Provide insights for scorecards and reviews.
Support automation assessments.

Education, Training and Licenses Required

Bachelors degree.
Yellow Belt required; Green Belt preferred.
2–4 years experience.
