A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, savvy and people-oriented individual to join the team as an Enterprise Sales Lead, whose values align with our TEAM; standing for Together, Extra-mile, Accountable and Mindful. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this role will be focused on tarENTERPRISE SALES LEADgeting multinational corporations to pitch and develop solutions to solve their commercial real estate challenges. 

You will tailor workplace and workforce solutions to large entities who are looking for experts to design, build and manage their workplace needs. You, along with the Commercial and Design & Expansion teams, will use The Flexi Groups vast experience in workplace and workforce management to design unique products and services based on customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new enterprise leads across digital, referral, and industry-network channels.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: solutions design, RFP development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Consistently surpass personal and team-wide sales objectives while striving for full occupancy across locations.
• Cultivate a robust pipeline of prospective members and oversee the master tour log for timely follow-ups.
• Manage and lead site tours for high-value prospects and enterprise private office leads.
• Align with site teams and broker networks to drive localised lead generation and cross-location referrals.
• Partner with operations and People Teams to deliver premium service experiences and impactful training.
• Ensure accuracy of membership reports and track essential sales metrics including occupancy and discounts.
• Conduct competitive analysis and synthesise market data to formulate mitigation strategies for market challenges.

• 5–7+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record in enterprise deal-making | solutions creation, negotiation, and closing
• Direct experience selling BPO and/or EOR services strongly preferred
• Deep familiarity with the Philippines BPO/outsourcing landscape and EOR/global employment models.
• Personable with strong verbal and written communication
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask
• Thrives under pressure and is solution-oriented
• University Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Advanced certifications in sales or business management are an advantage
• Good business acumen
• Fluent in English
