Our Strategy and Transformation Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig City as an Enterprise Strategy Officer. In this role, you will help shape and drive the Bank's enterprise-wide strategy by developing strategic operating models, organizational frameworks, and initiatives that support long-term growth and transformation. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will align strategic priorities, lead high-impact projects, and help ensure the successful execution of initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

What the role will entail

• Development of operating models, frameworks, incentive structures, and RACI matrices that support the Bank's strategic objectives.
• Apply strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities, address business challenges, and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Drive strategy execution and organizational alignment by establishing measures that ensure strategic objectives are clearly communicated and understood across business and functional units.
• Lead and support high-impact enterprise-wide projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver successful business and transformation outcomes.
• Support the Bank's strategic planning process, including goal setting, strategic imperative development, initiative planning, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

What we're looking for

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related strategic functions.
• Industry expertise in banking, financial services, or other mature industries is an advantage.
• Proven experience in transformation, change management, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in structured methodologies and strategic frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and executive-level presentations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong business judgment, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
