Entry-Level Automation Support (Vibe Coders)

Do you think in systems, love solving workflow problems and have just enough coding skills to make things happen? We are looking for someone who's part junior developer, part automation builder and part process optimizer- with a growing interest in AI TOOLS and a solid grasp of how tasks and operation flow across a team.

You're not just a coder. You're a builder of smarter systems.

This is the perfect role if you:

• Have experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
• Can support workflows using Zapier, Make.com or n8n
• Understand how a process works from A to Z
• Can map, track and improve internal systems
• Know some Node.js, React and want to grow in full - stack or AI automation

What You'll Work On:

• Support and build automated workflows across platforms (Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRMs)
• Use Zapier, Make or n8n to streamline repetitive tasks
• Script API- based logic using Node.js and support UI work with React
• Help manage and improve internal processes with basic coordination
• Use AI tools to automate tasks, parse data or simplify workflows through prompt engineering
• Map out task flows and dependencies and collaborate on SOPs with operations team
• Document systems and assist in QA/testing automations before launch

What You Bring:

• Basic knowledge of Node.js, React and automation tools
• Experience mapping workflows or supporting a project team
• Ability to understand processes and identify where automation fits
• Exposure to API's, webhooks and prompt engineering
• Strong problem- solving skills
• Bonus : Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Hubspot) Notion or Wordpress

• 25,000-35,000 starting salary
