EOS Implementer & Follow -Up Manager

Responsibilities

1. Sales Follow\-Up & Tracking

• Monitor outcomes from sales calls and meetings, ensuring follow\-ups are completed on time.


• Keep actions moving forward and provide updates to the team to maintain momentum and hold team members accountable to agreed actions.
  
  2. EOS Implementation Support


• Take structured notes during leadership and project meetings and translate them into actionable follow\-ups.


• Maintain and update EOS tools to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.


• Provide clear and consistent reports to leadership on progress, accountability, and issues.
  
  3. Project & Admin Support


• Coordinate action items from management and project meetings, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.


• Support ongoing process improvements within the EOS framework.


• Act as a central point of accountability for tracking initiatives across the business.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of EOS with hands\-on experience supporting or implementing EOS in a business setting.


• Background in sales operations, account management, or sales process management.


• Confident and proactive communicator, able to follow up with team members and leadership to ensure commitments are met.


• Experience with 90.io (or similar project/meeting management platforms) is highly regarded.


• Well\-organised, detail\-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.


• Previous experience in project coordination, operations, or business management preferred.

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: On\-site


• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
