Equipment Engineering Supervisor

• Conducts daily tier 1 meeting to technicians
• Attends production tier 2 meetings and provides updates
• Creates schedule of engineering team and ensures technical support to production at any given time
• Provide support to production during trial run
• Creates Preventive Maintenance Program for all Houseware and Thermoforming machines, mold, and supporting equipment.
• Ensures that the preventive and corrective maintenance programs for Houseware and Thermoforming equipment are effectively implemented and reviewed for its effectiveness
• Assist in the conduct of preventive maintenance of the machine, mold, and supporting equipment and ensures that it is performed as per schedule. 
• Ensures that machine, mold, and equipment are in top working condition. 
• Review, approve, and schedule work requests and troublecall related to machine and equipment maintenance and repair
• Ensures efficient troubleshooting of equipment and immediate feedback is provided to production on status of the equipment
• Assist in the assembly and repair of machine, mold, and supporting equipment. 
• Ensures that tool/mold changeover are performed efficiently
• Assists in commissioning or installation of new machine and equipment.
• Assess and evaluates condition of machine, mold, and supporting equipment and creates recommendation. 
• Creates all technical reports, technical investigations/ evaluations and endorses to Engineering Manager for approval.
• Conducts data analysis of the established monitoring and creates recommendation for its improvement and innovation.
• Assists third party technicians during their visits.
• Heads in the coordination with Purchasing department and external suppliers in expediting procurement of requests for machines and equipment parts and services
• Coordinate and collaborate with equipment Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for sustainable equipment support and transfer of expertise
• Oversees the spare parts and tools management to ensure that all critical parts and accessories is available and are replenished on time
• Works with the Engineering team in the establishment of the work instructions for each equipment to capture all
• information such as Equipment operation, Preventive and corrective maintenance, and its spare parts, including the Equipment Failure Mode and Effect Analysis 
• Leads the team to Develop and continuously improve relevant monitoring that reflects actual performance of the department relative to Equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Heads the implementation of 5S among the equipment engineering team
• Supports in building maintenance, continuous improvement projects, 5S, Safety and GMP projects and activities.
• Heads in the utilization of system trouble call and initiates improvement of the maintenance system
• Heads in the creation, updating, and implementation of standard procedure

QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduate of any Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or any equivalent course
- 1 to 3 years experience in similar or related positions
