ERP Admin Associate

Key Responsibilities

Maintain item master data (creation, updates, accuracy) aligned with BSMH/AHP standards
Maintain supplier master data and ensure proper ERP alignment and electronic invoice processing
Handle ERP user administration (user setup, deactivation, password resets, access monitoring)
Provide user training and maintain training materials and documentation
Support contract updates and coordinate with sourcing teams for implementations
Assist procurement and pharmacy teams on purchasing-related activities
Maintain SOPs and ensure timely updates and compliance
Support helpdesk operations, issue tracking, and resolution improvements
Support site/account setup, changes, and data maintenance
Generate and use reports for operations (orders, metrics, procurement utilization)
Provide support to procurement teams for issue resolution and data accuracy
Recommend ERP system improvements and enhancements

Must Haves

Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or healthcare-related field
2+ years experience in healthcare supply chain operations
Experience with ERP system administration

Preferred

Experience with item and supplier master data
Experience in ERP operations within healthcare or medical environments
