ERP Business Analyst

The Business Transformation Project Management team is comprised of diverse, collaborative and results-driven program and project managers. A key part of the Global Business Services function of Dexcom, the team delivers value to customers and internal stakeholders through the delivery of programs and projects that support the execution of strategy at a global, regional or functional level.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, systems, data, and capabilities, and making improvement recommendations based on global best practices like Business Analysis (BA) and Business Systems Analysis (BSA).

Requirements:

• You have a bachelors degree in a relevant field, and relevant certifications (IIBA Certification; Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst (in ERP systems, e.g.
  Salesforce, Oracle, SAP preferred)
• You are able to read, write and interpret business requirements documents, user stories, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  
• You exhibit interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, showcasing executive presence with demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an agile mindset.
• You are comfortable with change and working in uncertain or ambiguous conditions.
• You are committed to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional
  growth.
• You are comfortable in using a variety of project management and business analyst tools and software.
