Angkas’ mission is to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing opportunities for its bikers to create a source of livelihood that impacts their family and their communities.
The ERT Admin, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen from ensuring bikers are properly enrolled in insurance, to managing and processing claims, and maintaining accurate records that safeguard both bikers and the company. This role ensures that bikers feel protected and supported, allowing them to continue providing for their families and sustaining Angkas’ mission.
What you’ll be doing:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, medical-related courses, or any related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, records management, insurance processing, or related roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Adaptability to take on additional tasks as needed by the ERT Team.
