RSS is seeking for an experienced Estimator (AppliCad Roof Wizard) to join our established team. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to work closely with clients and stakeholders.

This role is based in Clark Pampanga.

Position Summary:

We're on the lookout for an experienced Estimator with solid skills in AppliCad Roof Wizard to join our team. If you're detail-oriented, confident in your estimates, and ready to be part of a growing business, wed love to hear from you. Your expertise will play a key role in helping us deliver accurate, competitive, and timely proposals to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Roofing Estimation & Analysis:

• Use AppliCad Roof Wizard to prepare accurate and detailed roofing estimates based on project plans and specifications.
• Analyze technical drawings to determine quantities, labor, and material requirements.
• Develop complete cost breakdowns for residential and commercial roofing projects.
• Provide cost-effective solutions and value engineering recommendations when needed.

* Client & Supplier Liaison:

• Communicate with our clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather all necessary information for precise estimating.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Work closely with our internal teamsincluding project managers and designersto ensure your estimates align with project goals.

* Project Support & Documentation:

• Keep thorough records of all quotes, proposals, and client correspondence.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tenders and bid packages.
• Support project progress tracking and flag cost deviations when they arise.

*Cost Control & Reporting:

• Monitor live projects to ensure alignment with initial estimates.
• Provide regular updates and insights on cost trends and discrepancies.
• Assist with compiling financial reports and cost analysis for current and upcoming work.

Requirements:

• Experience in a roofing estimator role, ideally with a strong background in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AppliCad Roof Wizard software is essential.
• Solid understanding of roofing systems, construction methods, and industry pricing.
• Confidence in reading and interpreting drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple estimates at once.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a team-player mindset.
• Must be willing to work onsite.
