Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Night Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As an Estimator Assistant, you will be preparing excel cost spreadsheets and word documents to be passed to the sales team. You must also prepare the estimate sketches. Other responsibilities include:

• ● Architect's Drawing take off
• ● Quantifying material areas/quantities, including use of "Cutlist Optimiser"
• ● Calculation of areas and linear dimensions, including for circles

Qualifications

• ● Strong English speaking and written skilss- essential
• ● Ability to read Architect's drawings
• ● Attention to detail
• ● Strong numeracy skills - essential
• ● Drawing Skills (CAD may be beneficial but not essential)
• ● Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
• ● Deadline driven
  • - 1-3 years of experience
  • - Experience in Cut List Optimizer software would be very highly regarded
  • - CAD experience could be a plus,
  • - Experience in the following industry is required: Stone, Woodwork, Joinery or Furniture
