Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As an Estimator, you will accurately scope and quantify tenders, review and quantify site jobs and finalise project proposals for the Sales Team. Roles and responsibilities:

• ● Quantity Calculations & Pricing - Construction Tenders
  • - Save, organise and manage tender documents.
  • - Provide a brief overview of the project.
  • - Scope drawings and specifications for Vanguard and Tru-Gard/Tru-Bilt or similar products.
  • - Accurately calculate the types, quantities and pricing of all parts required per project.
  • - Quantify and document variations if required
• ● Quantity Calculations & Pricing - Site Scope Projects
  • - Agree on the best items for project scope.
  • - Process information received from sites.
  • - Accurately calculate the types, quantities and pricing of all parts required per project.
  • - Quantify and document variations if required.
• ● Documentation - Site Scope Projects
  • - Produce clear documentation including set outs & dimensions.
  • - Package up proposals for the Sales Team.
  • - Produce clear installation documents & instructions.
• ● General Support
  • - Assist with the development and maintenance of calculation methods for key product groups.
  • - Contribute to decision-making, problem-solving and implementation in the sales team.

Qualifications

• ●2-3 years' experience as an estimator in construction industry
• ●A passion for quantifying - lives and breathes quantity calculations, delivering consistent and reliable results and improving processes and systems.
• ●A practical understanding of traffic/pedestrian movements in workplaces and how products go together.
• ●Laser focus on customers and the impact that operational performance can have on customer experience.
• ●Strong commercial acumen - able to make robust financial decisions based on strong analytical skills.
• ●Alignment with the client’s values.
