Job Description - Event Sales Specialist

Icon Executive Asia is an executive management solutions firm that specializes in talent acquisition, leadership, and business development summits. Our recruitment consultants have years of experience attracting professionals, particularly in the digital and real estate industries. We also facilitate and host executive webinars and regularly publish content for business owners, professionals, and job seekers.

The Role

Role Description

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and corporate objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, sponsorships, and collaborations to boost the company's market visibility.
  • Leading the sales executive team and provide clear goals and expectations.
  • Manage lead generation efforts, including outbound calls and emails, networking, and other methods to attract potential clients and sponsors.
  • Collaborate with team to establish sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Identified potential participants/clients
  • through various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
  • Assist and facilitate promotional and marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Manage client acquisition to ensure a smooth experience from lead generation to conversion.
  • Conduct market research, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for professional development.
  • Demonstrate the features, benefits, and value proposition of assigned event webinars and business conference ticket sales to prospective customers.
  • Actively participate in refining scripts, strategies, and overall sales processes

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business training/event ticket selling events, and seminars
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking abilities.
