Events Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an Event Marketing Specialist who wants to help build — and scale — some of the most respected B2B events in the Philippine tech ecosystem.

TASKS

• You’ll work closely with the Event Marketing Manager and Integrated Marketing team to plan, execute, and continuously improve Sprout’s events portfolio.
• Event strategy & execution:
  • Support the development of event marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with business and brand goals.
  • Help execute both owned and sponsored events, from intimate roundtables to large-scale conferences and webinars.
  • Assist in pre-event, live event, and post-event planning — ensuring smooth execution and great attendee experience.

• Brand, content & partnerships:
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates on event-related content, messaging, and distribution.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors, contributing to messaging and activation ideas.
  • Ensure all event collaterals reflect Sprout’s brand standards and positioning
• Operations & performance:
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Track event performance and help generate reports on attendance, engagement, and lead impact.
  • Participate in competitor and industry event audits to continuously raise the bar.

QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES

• 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, brand activations, or similar roles.
• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working under deadlines.
• Experience launching online and onsite events.
• Curious, resilient, collaborative — and genuinely excited to learn across industries.
• Experience with Canva, Google Slides, and HubSpot is a plus, but a strong interest in and eagerness to use AI to improve and simplify work is a must.
