Job Description - Executive Administrator CM

POSITION SUMMARY

Executive Marketing Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall Job Responsibilities
• Administrative support
• Office supply control
• Receptionist service

Functional Job Responsibilities
• Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning financial and files.
• Provide receptionist services.
• Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
• Daily preparation reports, type correspondence and other documents required from Senior Vice President, VIP Business Development & VIP Services.
• Assist with bookkeeping / accounting as appropriate.
• Open and distribute email to concern team member / department.
• Prepare agenda for Senior Vice President, VIP Business Development & VIP Services / department meeting.
• Schedule meetings.
• Take minutes at meeting.
• Distribute minutes.
• Review and edit report.
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
• Arrange payment and manage departmental petty cash.
• Order office / department supplies and monitor Purchase Order on agreed – upon / acceptable period of time.


Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• At least 3 years’ experience of administrative field in corporate company.
