We are seeking Executive Agent Scouts to join our growing team. This platform helps executives, attorneys, and industry experts unlock new professional opportunities, including board seats, speaking engagements, podcast interviews, startup opportunities, networking introductions, and more.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people all day, loves learning about business, and wants to build a career in sales, executive recruiting, consulting, or business development.

Unlike traditional sales roles, you won't spend your day prospecting, building complicated pipelines, or chasing leads. Instead, you'll spend your day on back-to-back calls speaking with accomplished professionals, learning about their careers, and helping qualified individuals get started with the platform.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with executives and professionals throughout the day on live Zoom conversations.

• Conduct introductory conversations to learn about their background and goals.

• Explain the platform's services and opportunities.

• Recommend the right entry-level package for qualified prospects.

• Help interested professionals sign on as clients over the phone.

• Maintain professionalism and energy throughout a high volume of daily conversations.

• Work closely with leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates.

• Become an expert in executive careers, thought leadership, advisory work, board opportunities, and professional branding.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of sales, recruiting, business development, or client-facing experience preferred.

• Excellent spoken English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable on Zoom and phone calls throughout the day.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Coachable and eager to learn.

• Self-motivated.

• Interest in business, leadership, entrepreneurship, or executive careers.

• Willing to work the night shift.

• Willing to work on-site.
