As an Executive & Administrative Senior Associate, you will provide essential administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information to facilitate smooth operations within our organization. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication and operations, contributing to the success of our Internal Firm Services practice.

Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be part of a team that values relationship building and personal growth. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality support while embracing ambiguity. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas. Your role will be instrumental in upholding professional and technical standards, contributing to the overall strategy and success of the firm.

Responsibilities
- Providing efficient administrative support to senior executives to facilitate smooth operations
- Managing executive schedules and coordinating meetings to optimize time management
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Utilizing office productivity applications to enhance workflow and communication
- Conducting research to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Implementing records management practices to maintain organized and accessible documentation
- Facilitating stakeholder management by building and maintaining meaningful relationships
- Navigating complex situations to anticipate and address the needs of teams and clients
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct

What You Must Have
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
