This is an exciting opportunity to join a London-based company that is not only experiencing significant growth but is also driven by a clear mission.
Company Profile:
Our client is a London based buy side focused M&A firm working exclusively for you, the buyer. Their mission is to find the best opportunities available, either via our extensive connection of business brokers or our own internal research and to bring to you that business that you want to buy.
They do all the preliminary work, source a good amount of opportunities and help to negotiate a great deal all the way through to completion. Choosing to work with them will mean that they are by your side throughout every step of the process, to ensure that you get the deal you are looking for. If you are an overseas buyer, they can even help you with the UK Entrepreneur Visa application through their diverse network of partners specialized in immigration law.
Each of their assignments are led by a director and they allocate a deal leader which will be in contact with you weekly to ensure that you are constantly up to date on our progress. If you have an off-market business for sale instead, they will present the opportunity to their buyers without charging you any upfront fees or commissions, something nobody else does. Aside from that, throughout the years they have also gathered a highly confidential database of off-market opportunities that they can already leverage to find you the company you want to buy quickly and efficiently.
