Job Title: HR Executive Assistant Remote

Salary: $900 -$1100 USD
Work Hours: Monday to Friday Eastern Time
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote HR Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and executive team by efficiently handling administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This is a remote position with regular communication and collaboration with the HR team and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Director and HR department.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and other pertinent documentation.
- Answer and screen phone calls, redirecting inquiries as appropriate and maintaining professional communication standards.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary paperwork, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Provide support in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and policy development.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably in an HR capacity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity.
