Your role

• Responsible for providing secretarial/administrative support to executives
• Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email
• Maintain files, records, calendars and diaries
• Arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and track expenses
• Use business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes, and potentially respond to routine correspondence and inquiries
• Exercise confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy in supporting the executives
• Participate in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies, and practices for AIA
