Your role & responsibilities

The Executive Assistant Intern is in charge of managing the efficiency, logistics, and implementation of activities involving Focus Global’s executives. 

• Managing the Executives' calendar to ensure proper alignment with scheduled activities and meetings
• Filing of travel documents
• Conducting research and supplying relevant information
• Other administrative tasks as needed

About you

• Undergraduate or graduating from any Business, AB English, Political Science and/or Organizational Communication related course
• Experience in working in fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in Excel, Google Applications, and online research
• Willing to work 4-5 days on-site.
