You’ll work from a secure home setup with reliable connections (minimum of 1 Mbps).
Your schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time.
You are not required to work during PH regular holidays.
Salary range is PHP 65,000 - 85,000 per month, depending on experience.

About the Role
As a Remote Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a dynamic Sales Manager and Director team in the aviation maintenance and automotive industries. This role requires exceptional organization, initiative, and attention to detail to manage daily operations, fleet coordination, and cross-departmental communication.
You’ll thrive in this position if you're a proactive self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities, maintain professionalism under pressure, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistance: Manages meeting preparation, agendas, minutes, follow-ups, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Operational Support: Maintains internal procedures and databases, handles administrative tasks, and supports internal communications.
Inventory & Fleet Management: Forecasts stock trends and maintains vehicle records, including registrations and service logs.
Sales Team Coordination: Supports sales operations through CRM updates, follow-ups, and streamlined communication management.
Event & Travel Planning: Coordinates company events and staff travel logistics, ensuring smooth execution and organization.
Gatekeeping Duties: Serves as the first point of contact for operational inquiries and tracks recurring questions to improve processes.
Training & Certification: Manages training schedules and ensures timely renewal of compliance documentation.
What We’re Looking For
MS Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with experience using calendar and office management tools.
Executive or C-Level Assistant Experience: Proven experience coordinating calendars, databases, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Sales & Forecasting Insight: Background in supporting sales functions and stock forecasting.
Strong Prioritization: Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities with grace and efficiency.
Educational Background: A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is highly regarded.
Key Skills
Collaboration & Communication: Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Independence & Teamwork: Experience working independently and as part of a team, taking initiative where required.
