What You'll Do:

  • Manage CEO's & COO;s Calendar: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between the CEO & COO and staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Financial & Operational Reporting: Prepare strategic plans, budgets, and variance reports on operational and financial performance.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO & COO.
  • Meeting Management: Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are communicated and followed up.
  • Reporting: Collect and analyze information to prepare various reports.
  • Research & Analysis: Research products, applications, markets, and vendors, then present detailed analyses.
  • Procurement: Obtain quotes for company applications and/or services.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee special projects for the CEO & COO, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Board Meeting Support: Assist with preparations for board and executive sessions, including documents and logistics.
  • Communication Prioritization: Manage incoming communications, prioritizing based on urgency and relevance to the CEO's & COO's agenda.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide filing, copying, and expense report management for the CEO & COO.
  • Task Follow-up: Follow up with colleagues within the organization to ensure task completion.
  • Proactive Task Management: Organize and update task trackers before meetings.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • User ins MS Excel – Formulas, Pivot tables
  • Excellent presentation preparation skills in Powerpoint
  • Fast Learner
  • Above average fluency in English
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Works US Central Hours

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 30,000 - 45,000 PHP

Work Timings:
  • Mondays to Fridays
  • 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM Philippine Time
