Position: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WITH MARKETING FOCUS

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, (flexible; can be in Vietnam or PH time zone)

Salary Range: USD 900 - 1,200/ month

Company Overview: Bitcoin, cryptocurrency

Duties and Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

• Keep track of action items, to-do list and take meeting notes
• Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  
  

Marketing Support:

• Research industry trends and topics to develop thought leadership content.
• Create and edit articles, blog posts, and social media content.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
  
  

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain and organize files and documents.
• Perform data entry and update databases.

Requirements

• Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are big plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
