Executive Briefings Editors create accurate and concise tailored Executive Briefings for clients. Executive Briefings must adhere to strict guidelines tailored to the client’s requirements, use and the proposed audience to ensure the briefing meets its intended purpose and highlights the most critical and relevant coverage for the client on any given day.

• Ensure Executive briefing reports are completed to the required timeliness and quality standards every day.

• Ensure Daily Briefings are of a high quality that adheres to guidelines and selection criteria.

• Adapts to feedback about briefings in a thorough and timely manner and incorporates changes into practice.

• Ensures they are abreast of the client’s requirements and any updates as required and maintains relevant industry knowledge of what is affecting relevant Executive Briefings clients.

• Ensure grammatical and style parameters are met in each Briefing

• Alert the immediate manager to any issues with briefing production or possible delays.

• Ensuring relevant Executive Briefings meet quality and timeliness standards

• Complete the assigned schedule of Executive Briefings each day

• Complete each Briefing on the assigned Executive Briefing roster according to their delivery time and as defined in the relevant Briefing guidelines

• Maintain a solid understanding of the platform and internal systems to ensure efficient Daily Briefings production

• Communicate any delays to the Team Leader in a thorough and timely manner

• Suggest improvements or changes to the schedule to improve efficiency where possible

• Alert manager to any time you may have available within your schedule work shift to assist with other tasks, day-to-day

• Ensure checklists are completed prior to delivery to ensure Briefings are sent out in the correct format to the correct recipients and with the correct attachments.
