EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO THE CEO (1)JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of BS Economics or any Business-related courses- With at least 3-5 years of related work experiences- Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication- Willing to start immediately in Angeles City main officeRESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide day to day support to the CEO and to the operations of the company ensuringperformance of functions of various departments and the maintenance of healthy workenvironment- Establish network and linkage with appropriate agencies and institutions the CEO or thecompany has to make representations with to enhance company image and realize itsgoals and programs- Coordinate with department heads on instructions and directives of the CEO settingagenda and timely meeting to deliberate on program and plans- Screen spot meetings requested by company personnel, including departmentmanagers outside parties properly advising the CEO on priority concerns and briefinghim on the subject of the meeting- Perform such other tasks that may be assigned by the CEO from time to timeSALARY RANGE: 25K – 30KBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMOWORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
