Expression of Interest: Graphic Designer

About the Role:

As a CBRE Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing graphic design materials. This job is part of the Graphic Design job function. They are responsible for developing creative that aligns with the organization's image, identity, and brands.

What You’ll Do:

1. Design both print and internet marketing materials using corporate templates. This includes websites, brochures, floor plans, etc.
2. Ensure artwork and copy are the correct size, type, and style, to follow company branding guidelines.
3. Prepare and provide creative drafts and samples to clients and management for review. Make edits as necessary based on collaborative feedback.
4. Collaborate with clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout.
5. Provide the client with cost estimates on all print material.
6. Maintain local website in Company CMS.
7. Create and update professional, team, and property profiles.
8. Build relationships with external vendors. Research, compare pricing, and recommend new partnerships.
9. Manage marketing project costs and oversee production.
10. Prepare artwork for distribution. Ensure specs and file sizes and formats are printer ready.
11. Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing industry publications.
12. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
13. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
14. Impact the quality of own work.
15. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
16. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
