Facilities Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Process payments for Service Providers under Special Facilities (receiving reports, preparing forms and monitoring status)


• Back up for MEB forms and Special Requests when required


• Coordinate with Service Providers as needed


• Monitor and manage consumables


• Answer phone calls and emails promptly


• Prepare RDTF and coordinate gatepass or ATW


• Arrange and support chapel requirements


• Perform other tasks as assigned by operations


• Support the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of special facilities such as conference rooms, training centers, and other event spaces


• Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies specific to special areas and amenity floors


• Assist in the inventory and implementation of technology and equipment upgrades for special facilities


• Monitor and report on the usage and condition of special facilities

Qualifications

• 
  

  College graduate preferably computer course or any business course

  
  


• 
  

  At least 2 years experience in office/clerical work (Banking experience is an advantage)

  
  


• 
  

  Required Skills: Computer literate, documentation and filing skills

  
  


• 
  

  Organized, systematic & analyticall; requires minimum supervision; team player

  
  


• 
  

  Willing to work onsite in Makati
