Job Description:
Gardenia Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. The role involves maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments to facility equipment.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO, GMP, and other safety protocols.
• Monitor and manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Assist in the coordination of facility improvement projects and contractor management.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and fire safety.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, and food safety compliance is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and extend working hours when needed.
