F&B Training Executive

The F&B Training Executive supports the F&B Training Assistant Manager in conducting and coordinating Food & Beverage Training Program and other core initiatives related to enforcement of operations service standards. He/She will closely monitor compliance of team members to the established standard operating procedures. The team member shall contribute to programs to enhance the skills further and knowledge of team members toward service efficiency. He/She conducts spot checks and audits. He/She performs administrative duties required to facilitate training activities for his assigned area. The F&B Training drives Forbes 5-Star Standards throughout the property and ensures adherence at every Guest interaction.

• Provides hands on support to the managers, supervisors, and other team members of the department
  
• Ensures that effective link is maintained between other departments.
  
• Adheres to safety and security and fire and life procedures of the company.
  
• Adheres to the hygiene standards and food safety policies of the company.
  
• Sets an example of right conduct and good behavior.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management or equivalent.
  
• At least (2-3) years working experience in F&B Five-Star Establishment (preferably Forbes 5-Star
  Property).
• A minimum of one (1) year in Learning & Development in a Five Star Hotel | Integrated Resort
  
• One (1) year in Supervisory level position, experience as Department Trainer, Line Trainer is an advantage
  
• Hands-on experience in various F&B roles such as server, bartender, or assistant supervisor is highly valued
  
• Must maintain a working knowledge of the department standards and policies and procedures.
  
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
