The Feeds Business Solutions Manager is responsible for leading Sales Operations and Solutions for the Agribusiness Philippines Feeds team. The role drives operational excellence through data-driven insights, digital transformation, and service innovation. As a Manager, he ensures business processes, systems, and tools are optimized to support commercial and operational goals. This position is critical in enabling a responsive, customer-centric, and future-ready sales support organization.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, IT, Finance, or any related course.
Advanced training in data analytics, project management, or sales systems is a plus.
Experience:
At least 5–7 years of work experience, with a strong background in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Commercial Support.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
Licenses/Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
SAP-related certifications (e.g., SAP SD, SAP Analytics Cloud) are a plus
SME Certification in business operations, sales, or analytics is an advantage
Certifications in data analytics, sales operations, or project management (e.g., Power BI, PMP, Six Sigma) are also valued
Other Requirements:
Strong business acumen and commercial orientation
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Advanced skills in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and CRM systems
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structured execution
Customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
