Job Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Arms ( MA ) table audit and/or assist Senior Finance Officer in MA Table Audit.
• Review and check MA Reports and all reconciliation.
• Implementation and review of financial policies and procedures.
• Provide training and assistance to Finance Assistant and MA Back Office.
• Checking of MA expense for replenishment.
• Checking of MA items for CMDM.
• Update specific reports and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor Degree of Accountancy or any Finance related field.
• With atleast 2yrs of experience in general bookkeeping / accounting
• Knowledgeable in XERO system or any Accounting System is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and PPT.
• To be assigned at Commonwealth, Quezon City but willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
