Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or event management, preferably in a B2B environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and project management abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.


• Are a storyteller AND you have the ability to tie in metrics, accomplishments, and mission 


• Are a creative hustler -- you might not have done it before, but you're willing to try something different to get it done


• Demonstrate ability to finish tasks and make reports quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fintech industry or related sectors.


• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.


• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.


• Bonus points if you’ve worked in an Events Agency, startups or other fintech industry


• An outstanding writer and write with conviction in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote brand awareness.


• Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company.


• Collaborate with the BD/Sales team to identify target markets and opportunities for growth.


• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.


• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.


• Manage field marketing budget and resources effectively.
