The Job

• Responsible for On-Site recruitment by attending Job Fairs, Local Recruitment Activities and Company Events.
• Source and screen candidates from the event
• Sourcing Activity ( Flyering, PESO Visit and POS Visit for referrals)
• Willingness to travel frequently to different locations.
• Conduct Face-to-face initial interviews and Endorse to Hiring Managers
• Develop and execute a recruiting plan for open positions
• Assist with the plan and implementation to centralize field recruiting
• Provide Candidates with benefits overview and discuss the next step process.

The Ideal Candidate

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Required language (s): English, Filipino, Local dialect
• At least 6 months of working experience in mass hiring, preferably in Field recruitment
• Required Skill (s): Recruitment, Sourcing
• Can start ASAP
• Ability to travel within the region
