Field Sales Associate (Vigan Ilocos Norte)

Job DescriptionPrimarily responsible for the overall sales performance of the assigned branch/s. The position is responsible for agent recruitment and development, execution of sales and marketing strategies, and planning at the branch level through effective leadership and execution skills. Is also responsible for supporting the dealers/key account relationship-building efforts of the assigned branch/s.Qualifications: Business / Marketing course graduate or equivalent1-3 years of selling experienceExperience in agent recruitment, management, and business development is an advantageSelf-driven and entrepreneurial. Personable with strong communication skills in both English and Filipino. Fluency in the language of the assigned area will be an advantageWith valid driver's license & motorcycleCan Start ASAP and willing to work at Vigan.Expected salary: ₱13,000 - ₱15,000 per month
