Job Description - Field Sales Coordinator

Job description- Helping the team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Demo/Product Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Demo/Product Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and scheduling marketing events.- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.- Hiring and training Demo/Product Representatives and ensuring Demo/Product Representatives meet their quotas and goals.- Making the client's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.- Coordinating and scheduling Demo/Product Representatives' work schedules and approving time off requestsPerforming clerical tasksBenefits:- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotionPerks:- Meal allowance- Data allowance- Reimbursable transportation*if interested, send your resume to [email protected]
