Field Sales Coordinator - NCR

Job Responsibilities: ·      Promote the client’s products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner·      Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills·      Compliance with agreed client KPIs·      Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives, and to the whole team·      Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings·      Establish outstanding relationships with the principal and the retail outlets·      Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and the priorities of the client·      Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representative, and retail outletQualifications: • Graduate of a technical 4-year course or Fresh Graduate of Engineering!• Amenable to working in the field • With good communication, confidence and selling skills• Highly adaptable to working environment • Preferably with motorcycle and driver's license Could earn up to Php 23,000.00 plus in a month!
