1.1. Regular collect industry information and do the market research, submit market research reports at least once a quarter, and make a market strategy based on the investigation report contains our brand and image promotion, new product promotion messages, etc.

2. Regional project management and operation

2.1. System manage consultants, architects, and owners, in order to establish good relationship with them, regular or irregular communicate with them; along with technicians, sales representatives, regional head, leading to make project follow-up table and effective management, give guidance and proposals to follow-up project, it is necessary to visit the project key person on project site.

3. Customers relationship Maintenance

3.1. Collect potential customers and new customer information, participate in customer visits, reception and other related maintenance. To maintain important customer, keep in touch with the customer and understand their demand, provide products or services to customers on a regular basis to understand product usage, assist handle a customer complaint.

3.2. Collect and record customer information, regular or irregular tracking of customer contact, take the initiative to visit, to facilitate transactions.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Preferably specialized in Engineering - Civil and/or Mechanical Technology, Civil and/or Mechanical Engineer or any related course.
• Familiar with Construction Industry / Market or Construction Hardware
• With work experience in General Hardware Store, General Contractor, and Sub Contractor
• With motorcycle or car is an advantage (no service vehicle is not a priority)
• Negotiating and consulting skills, Sales data analysis, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Excellent customer service skills, Excellent presentation skills, Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
