  • Lead Quality Control (QC) activities on all completed field works per the company Quality Plan.

  • Assist with the commissioning, acceptance testing, and performance verification of new assets, upgrades, and system expansions.

  • Familiarization of internal processes and policies, including Inventory Management, Procurement, Peer Review, and Benchmarking.

4. Customer & Contractor Management

  • Act as the primary technical Point of Contact (POC), facilitating customer interactions, meetings, technical updates, and training.

  • Manage, audit, and supervise third-party service contractors to ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance.

  • Review and implement service contract scopes, terms, and deliverables to ensure service execution aligns with customer agreements.

  • Coordinate with equipment vendors to handle warranty claims, technical issue resolutions, and component replacements.

5. Reporting & Team Collaboration

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including system availability, response times, maintenance completion rates, and safety records.
